Bid analysis is where purchasing decisions actually get made, and this release makes that screen clearer and more complete. Sigma now surfaces more of the context behind every vendor selection, so teams can compare quotes and commit with confidence.
Sole-sourced vendors now appear automatically. A vendor that is sole-sourced to a budget item shows up directly in the Bid Analysis even when it has no RFQ, clearly marked as a Sole Sourced Vendor. When a spec has multiple budget items and only some are sole-sourced, a "Partially Sole Sourced" indicator spans the field under the vendor name, and you can expand the row to see exactly which items are involved.
Pricing is smarter, too. When a budget item is sole-sourced to a vendor that also has an RFQ, it shows as selected at the RFQ price. And when a purchase order price exists, Sigma displays the PO price instead and highlights it in yellow whenever it differs from the quoted RFQ price, so any discrepancy is impossible to miss. Hovering over a selection reveals the full picture: every RFQ for that item, with the selected quote underlined alongside any applicable PO.
